Ed Cowan
Ed’s dedication to all things high-performance and passion for business are a perfect fit with TDM’s culture. Having travelled the world playing professional cricket for over 15 years, Ed knows the dedication required to build long-term mastery. When the opportunity came in 2017 to join his brother Tom at TDM, the transition from batting to the boardroom couldn’t have been more natural. Ed is involved in many parts of the business: supporting portfolio companies and their executives, leading TDM’s community-building efforts, and helping to create and nurture the best possible investment opportunities. Importantly, he is the office’s (self-appointed) ‘Head of Vibe’. He is also the writer, producer and host of TDM’s podcast, Scaling Up, with over six seasons now under his belt. Away from the office, time with his family (wife and two children: Romy (11) and golf) is always front and centre. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Cricket NSW.
