Bethany Lovell

Cofounder, CPO at FOBOH

Beth likes solving curly problems. After leading digital at Woolworths’ B2B businesses, she saw just how messy and complex the wholesale world really is - manual error-prone workflows, inefficient processes and food needlessly wasted. She co-founded FOBOH (where Front of House meets Back of House) to change that. They’re building the AI workforce to help food and beverage wholesalers scale sustainably, reduce costs, and waste less. Beth’s work sits at the intersection of tech and impact. She combines product leadership with a drive to untangle complex systems and make the wholesale ecosystem simpler, smarter, and more sustainable.

Founder Stories: Foboh - Reinventing the Food Supply Chain for Good

Featuring: Kshitija Deshmukh & Beth Lovell. The way food moves from producer to plate is broken - inefficient, wasteful, and full of friction. Foboh, founded by Kshitija Deshmukh and Beth Lovell, is reimagining the wholesale food ecosystem from the ground up. Their mission? To build a simpler, smarter, and more sustainable system - one that makes food more available, affordable, and less wasteful. As a profit-for-purpose company, Foboh isn’t just optimising logistics - they’re tackling the big questions of how to reduce food waste, cut down unnecessary transport, and bring transparency to the supply chain. At Sunrise, Kshitija and Beth will share the story behind Foboh: the challenges of changing entrenched systems, how they’re bringing purpose and profit together, and why they believe a better food future is not only possible - but essential.
